Health and Exercise
Want to be healthy -- do these 4 things:
- Stop smoking
- Loose weight if you are overweight
- Eat wisely
- Exercise
If you are smoking, nothing else matters. Figure out how to stop,
then move on to the rest.
Focusing on weight loss can be a mistake. Exercise, a healthy diet, and an active lifestyle
will yield weight loss as a happy byproduct.
